This 5-page script placed 3rd in the first round of the NYC Midnight Short Screenplay Challenge, a competition in which applicants were given a genre, a location, and an object – and then tasked with writing a 5-page script including all 3 components. ​ ​

My script revolved around a ghost story, in a bar, with a paper clipping. Like most of my writing, my goal with this challenge was to be subversive, unexpected – and a little bit funny.​ ​
